Amélie's favourite recipe
A yummy chocolate Cake by Amélie
Ingredients :
5 oz softened butter
5 oz sugar
4 eggs
2 oz flour
2 pinches of salt
7 oz chocolate
Directions :
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
First, melt the chocolate and mix the butter, the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Second, add the melted chocolate, then add 4 egg yolks one by one.
Then, beat the egg whites and incorporate them into the mixture little by little with one pinch of salt.
Finally, pour into a greased, floured baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Let it cool before cutting.
